This policy explains what personal data VachLabs (“VachLabs”, “we”) collects through vachlabs.co.in, why, and what your rights are under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). For this website we act as the data fiduciary.

What we collect

• What you send us: the name, company, email, phone number, area of interest and message you enter in the contact form.
• Technical data for security: your IP address and a spam-check token, used to block abuse and limit repeat submissions.
• Anonymous site statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page visits without cookies or tracking individuals.

Why we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss our services. We process them because you gave consent by submitting the form. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to our Google Workspace (a Google Sheet and email inbox). The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the spam check (Turnstile). These providers process data on our behalf. Some of this processing may take place outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to reply and, if we work together, to run the work. Ask us at any time and we will delete yours.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how it is used;
• correct or update it;
• erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you; and
• respond to a grievance. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The Turnstile spam check, when it loads on the contact form, may use short-lived storage needed to tell people from bots.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form data is sent straight to our own inbox and sheet, and access is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t include sensitive personal or financial details in your message.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
